BUILDING ON A TRUSTED FOUNDATION

Following the success of Bernoulli Gardens and SET Apartments, we were once again engaged by Ockham Residential for their Tuatahi development. Designed to elevate apartment living, Tuatahi introduced new resident amenities such as a library and swimming pool alongside the high design standards that define Ockham projects.

To maintain design continuity across developments, the architectural team specified the distinctive Emissary-style fin balustrade used in previous builds. The system was designed to complement Tuatahi’s striking brick facades and detailed architectural language, balancing visual strength with refined simplicity.

Spanning an 18-month construction programme, our team delivered more than 1200 linear metres of balustrade across three buildings. Early collaboration with Ockham and installation partner Urban Group ensured quality and coordination at every step, including custom fencing solutions for the resident pool area.
