A TAILORED APPROACH

Having partnered with Ockham Residential on previous developments, Belcanto was brought in early to co-develop a solution that met project requirements without compromise. The result: a fully customised Premier balustrade system that balanced visual transparency, structural performance and installation efficiency.

We were engaged to design and deliver a customised aluminium balustrade solution that aligned perfectly with the architectural intent and the budget.

We designed, fabricated and delivered every element with meticulous attention to detail. Our prefabricated system enabled faster, easier installation on site, supporting Ockham’s commitment to quality housing outcomes. Our involvement helped deliver a smarter, smoother apartment build in Auckland’s northwest.
