The most cost-effective and efficient system in the Grappler range, using pre-installed anchor stubs and extension support arms.

Product Description

A patented cantilevered balcony system, Glide-On installs quickly and securely via pre-installed structural anchor stubs in combination with extension support arms.

Support arms cantilever off the primary structure only, typically using two to three anchor stubs per balcony, with the ability to incorporate integrated thermal breaks. A full fire-rated solution and a free-draining deck option are both available. Pre-assembled around the structural Cassette, with balustrade panels, WPC decking or pavers, optional fascia cladding and, where required, fire-separation boards and an integrated gutter and downpipe connection, Glide-On balconies reduce site complexity and streamline construction workflows. Grappler works with our Attaché Balustrades, with custom options.

Scope of use: Suitable for cantilevered balconies to 2.2 metres deep, with depth able to increase depending on the supporting engineering. Grappler’s most efficient installation typology. Note: Confirm anchor stub spacing, thermal break detailing and fire-rated build-up against the producer statement.
