Premier
The considered fin balustrade, value-engineered for developer-led multi-residential projects at scale.
Premier’s posts are styled like the balusters, for clean lines and simple detailing.
Premier simplifies detailing, with its vertical solid aluminium fins framed by rectangular posts at regular intervals for an elegant structural rhythm. Side-fixed and detailed for a fast, repeatable installation, this cost-effective design brings a minimalist architectural character to elevations.
Scope of use: Suitable for standard residential (C3)balconies and stairs. Side-fix only; not available in top-fix configuration. Note: Confirm maximum post spacings and heights against the producer statement.
Limitations: Not suitable for public or crowd-loading environments (C5).
